    Hi Bob,

    This is a great question! The best way to handle this is to set a baseline on your project once you have your project built and ready to go. Then, the project manager should be updating the project if the Work is going to be more than originally anticipated. The Work column will show the actual Work, and Planned Work and Variance Work columns will show you the difference between your planned and actual. This way, you can preserve your original estimates, and compare them to the work that was actually done.
