Article: The text on the page is overlapping
You may log in to Viewpath and you find the text on the page is overlapping like this:
NOT TO WORRY!
This is caused when you have the Browser zoom level set to anything other than 100%.
To fix this, hold down the Ctrl key then type 0. This will restore any browser to a 100% zoom level or click the View menu in your browser and restore the zoom setting to 100%.
Once the browser zoom is set to 100%, the page should render correctly:
If the problem persists, this most likely is due to a browser caching issue. You can try one of two things:
- Hold down the Ctrl key and then hit the F5 key on your keyboard (for a "hard-refresh of the browser).
- Clear your Viewpath-related cache by visiting https://app.viewpath.com/reset
The page will display "Before" followed by a string of characters and "After" with nothing following.
Upon the next login, any projects that had previously been displayed in tabs across the top will no longer be open. This is because the browser remembers those settings. Go to the Home>Projects tab, select multiple projects then click on the File menu to open them up again.
